The depot maintenance and support is one of the important guarantees of weapon effectiveness. As sophisticated equipment, the depot maintenance and support of the surface-to-air missiles. The main missions and the evaluation parameters of the surface-to-air missiles′ depot maintenance and support capability are analyzed and classified. The access permissions of contractor are listed, and a method based on mission evaluation matrix model and contractor support is proposed for evaluating the depot maintenance and support capability which provide useful reference for military selection and evaluation. Finally a case application of this evaluation method is given.
